DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY


 

Delivery

 

Free delivery for orders over £30. All of our items are custom made to order. Therefore, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We aim to process and deliver all orders within this time, but in exceptionally busy periods, please allow up to 17 days for delivery. If you need an item in a hurry, it is possible to expedite your order depending on whether we have enough stock of your item(s). In this case, please email us at sales@oohbabybaby.store before placing your order to confirm whether a faster turnaround time will be possible.

 

Kindly be advised that we bear no responsibility for postage delays, as they are beyond our control. Although we make every effort to facilitate prompt deliveries, external factors may affect shipping timelines. Please note that delays resulting from factors outside our control are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.


 

Returns

 

We do not hold stock, all of our items are made to order, and as a result, we do not allow refunds or exchanges unless items are faulty.

In the case of a faulty item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will process your replacement. After this time, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

with details about your damaged or faulty item. Our support team will then assist you with your request
