We need you to provide consent and confirm the name that you would like to be included INSIDE THE NUMBER 26 on the hoodie. We recommend using both first name and surname in order to avoid there being multiple ’George’s’ for example. However this is up to you.
It is not compulsory for your child’s name to be included on the hoodie. If you have not provided your consent by 3 June, your child’s name will not be included on the 2026 SMSP Leavers Hoodie.
Of course there is no obligation to buy a leavers hoodie if you do not wish to. If however you wish to purchase more than one, this is also fine! You can also still purchase a hoodie, even if you are not consenting to include your child's name inside the number.
SMSP School Leavers Hoodie
Celebrate the end of your school journey with the SMSP School Leavers Hoodie, featuring:
The school logo printed on the front chest.
A large ‘26’ design on the back, filled with the names of all the leavers.
A personalised name printed across the back shoulders.
There is also an option to add a leavers notebook for an additional £4. If you wish to add this, please select 'yes' as an option. Notebooks are £4 each and printed with the leavers design and name.
How to Order:
Select your preferred size and colour from the dropdown menu. (There are sample hoodies in each size and colour available to try on before you order).
Enter your personalisation details for the front of the hoodie in the box provided.
Please also confirm permission/ no permission for your child's name inside the large 26 on the back of the hoodie.
At checkout, add the code ‘COLLECT’ to the coupon box to remove postage fees. All hoodies will be delivered directly to Lucy before the leavers pool party in June.
